Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

This guide covers all questions and queries that are frequently asked by users all over the world.

On tracking my package, I am being shown “no information/ invalid number”. How do I get rid of it?

Ans: A parcel code is generated when a sender transmits the parcel. If it is showing ‘no information/invalid number’ it means that UPSers don’t have any information regarding your parcel. You are requested to contact the concerned authorities then.

How many days does it take for UPS to deliver the parcel?

Ans: We have designed a time calculator for the same. It helps you to get an approximate delivery date of your parcel. To have access to that calculator click here.

I am being shown ‘in transit’ for many days. What does that mean?

Ans: In this scenario, wait for the UPS to deliver your parcel. It is still in our networks and might take some days to deliver.

My parcel is out for delivery. How much I have to wait for it?

Ans: Sometimes it takes as late as 8 p.m. If it is a holiday then just relax, as the parcel will be delivered on the next business day.

FAQ:

I tried tracking the package I shipped but it shows ‘no information’/’invalid number’.

When the sender gets the parcel it generates a parcel code that will be given to the consumer to track the parcel when it shows ‘no information available’ or ‘invalid number’ that is because even UPSers will not have any information about the parcel. In that case, contact the authorities.

My package status shows it is ‘in transit’ but hasn’t shown any updates in days, what should I do?

In such cases, you have to wait for the parcel to arrive as it is scheduled to be since the parcel is still within the UPS networks but you can tap here

My package is showing out for delivery, when will I receive it?

Sometimes the drivers can make it as late as 8 p.m. and even later if it is a holiday season if it is showing out for delivery and the package is not delivered yet than it will be delivered the next business day.
